Whether you are using wi-fi connection, if not scan your system for viruses, Spyware & malware.Install a good firewall(EIther Bitdefender or Zone alarm).
 
If your IP is 117.xx.xx.xx understand mac address is also shown inportal usage page. Check. mine is 59.xx.xx.xx
 
my ip address is 59.xx.xx.xxhow to know who used my account?on 28th i dint use the internet connection i am not in the house then how is it possible that it says 517mb had been use on 28th
 

In Internet Explorer or FF Check the History of visited websites. on 28th August. See in My Music or My Video folder any file/s has been downloaded.Understand you are not having a wireless router.Also in Outlook Express or Outlook any messages have been sent/received.It Is not possible normally, to use your ID /Password in any other telephone line.
 
i had checked nothing are there someone had used my account after changing my password i am getting usage details correctly how can i know who used my account?

Since your IP is 59.xx.xx if above was done you could not connect to Internet with your old password.
1.Say original password was lovebroken . ( known to you only )
2.Changed by "Hacker "lovelost" ( not known to you ) using 1 above

Your PW was not changed by any body.Which PW you used ? 1 or 2 ?

NOT POSSIBLE. Your original PW should not be changed for you to access usage portal (59.xx) or change PW there.If you are/were using a Dialer or "AlwaysON"and the OS PW is known any body can access your computer on your telephone connection only.( as your UserId and PW ,already there in the dialer )Para TWO: did you download 3008MB during Happy hours on 28th Aug 2008 ?or the "hacKer" d/l this also ?
 
this not possible because BSNL Hash system to verify u r password unless the hacker has cracked the server site where passwords are there.......there must must some thing with u r system or with u r browsers ........
