Could everyone please post the email address (for letters to the editor column etc.) of your local paper? please put the name of the paper, city, and email address. It will help us to post our complaints to all the papers regarding the huge misappropriation of billing by bsnl! also send the details of your usage (taken from the portal of bsnl) along with the url where the latest tariffs have been shown.. if done properly, this will cause a huge impact in our favor, and will help us when we do visit the consumer's forum
