Desktop Shell Replacements for Windows

Does anyone know of a free shell/theme for WinXP and/or Linux which will make it look like Vista's AERO Glass? That will save me from buying Vista which I want just for the AERO Glass look 🙂

yup, ive seen some beryl/emerald themes that emulate aero glass. i just got and installed a new nvidia agp 7600gt 256mb card a few hours ago, have yet to boot into ubuntu gutsy beta to try some compiz fusion goodness🙂
 
will try vystal, thanks. reviews seem to say its slow/buggy :/
 

these kinda things are generally resource hogging unless integrated in to the OS
