A desktop computer seems to be hacked and the hacker seems to be able to control the computer remotely as 1.the Keyboard stops working 2.Unable to install new programs 3.Computer hangs when certain programs are started Kindly help and suggest how to 1.identify the hacker 2.Stop this problem

Get a antivirus boot cd and scan for malwares. Try karspersky boot CD

I suggest avira antivirus because kespersky removes the .exe files, Kespersky is best when window is newly installed and no other software is installed. I experience this problem with kespersky.
