Yep DST is a mess.
 
India needs Day light Saving to keep the work time common. Heard that in Assam, the day starts around 5 am (bright light) and its dark by 5 pm. Classic case to use DST, will help offices.Similarly its diff in many parts of India
 
Well u dont need to change time for such things.. u can simply ask them to reach office at 8:30 instead of 9:30 and leave 1 hr early as well.DST will mess lots of things.
 
huh??DST in reality is the change of office time.When clock moves backwards by 1hr... the previous 8.30 becomes 9:30.It just gives you MENTAL impression that u r still going office at 9:30.😀. Hope you get what I mean.So in short DST is just a mental thing. Instead of moving TIME they shud have just moved TIMINGS!
