i haVE MODEM DATAONE ut-300R2U for using broadband bsnl , i hv problem it hang during use internet & i switch on/off it then it works.it repeat continously during using. so plz give me sol

Remove all phone before the splitter.

more details please. what activity is going on when the modem hangs? i presume you can't ping or browse the modem? is the modem in gateway/router mode? (for the last, see Configuring the modem for BSNL Dataone service )

is the connection between modem and computer that of usb or LAN?

the connection is LAN . All signal in modem are bright ie: power, adsl, ethernet, blinks but no page display and when i disconnect the connection and if i reconnect then it display "connecting through wan"and gives error . Then i restart the modem from power supply and connect then uit is connected and working , this is repeated always.

do you have another pc at home?if so try connecting with that...better use ppoe instead of making the computer to dial...do you have a wifi network or do you use iptv??

Is this problem persist? Usually i too face similar situation, when they are doing some work on the DSLAM.
