dataone speed lower then dial-up

hello friends, i have home 500 c+ connection. i was getting very good speed . and from yesterday night my broadband speed is lower then the dial-up connection. websites are not opening(not even google). i opened this site by many many tries.anybody facing same problem in jaipur or other place.is BSNL doing some work.why speed is slow.i also installed windows again, but no effect.please help. it eventually crosses 1 kB/s. please please help anybody

looks to me like some problem on BSNL's end if you haven't changed anything.

Post ipconfig/all
( if you can open modem pages) post device status info. showing SNR attn net speed etc.
or repeat this again.
