First of all....you need to be clear with what kinda problem are u facing. Second of all there is a way to trace the phone number of a BSNL consumer...but i have no knowledge of a way to track a guy who has broadband connection. You have to interact with guyz like us only on this forum. Just be clear with the problem and we will try tooth and nail to help you...xD.

facing exess usage problem.here alot of peope facing the same as come to know when I went to comlaint BSNL. so want to intaract with some of them to know how to solve it what we must do.

How about making a group by advertising through pamphlets. In tose pamphlets you can specify telephone no.s of 2-3 volunteers. People having trouble with DataOne can contact them and join the group. When a large no. of people will confront those sarkari babus, it might help create the necessary pressure.You are the best judge to decide it is worth the effort or not.
