dataone.in website not accessible from particular pc

I use netscape mail to track my e-mails{dataone.in}. Have been using the same for the past one year with no problems. Since the past 10 days I am unable to access my e-mails through netscape. So I tried the dataone.in webiste directly. But even this website is not accessible from my own p.c. Tried the same from my friends house & dataone.in is accessible from his p.c. & I can see my mails from there. I am very confused & wondering whats wrong. Any help !!!!

what is your browser ? (try from IE only)...have you made any changes in ip config..?...try changing the DNS and ..see ..this is very confusing situation ..i have seen it ..one of my friend is still suffering from the same.. finally he is going for neat reinstall..no other option are left ..
