I am using 256 kbps broadband connection from BSNL. The initial 3 months weretoo good, I didnt get any problem with the service. But for the past few months I geta lot of disconnectivity issues. Sometimes I get a Error 678 on dialing.I am not able to dial during peak hours. I made a complaint to the BSNL persons.They noted down my address and had never turned up so far. The connection is becoming worser and worser day by day.......
