DataOne connection problem

I got the dataone connection today but initially I got the connection. But after some time it got disconnected and ADSL light is lit. But I'm unable to login. It shows error.. I can't remember the error message but when I clicked Help it showed cannot connect to the remote computer. Power, ADSL, LAN lit glows. But no data transfer.Can anybody help me?
 
I guess you have to wait for the technician who will come and install the PPPoE s/w and give u ur username and password....till then wait
