Whenever I try to use supersify or easy sify they don't work. Supersify gives me 'data format receive error'. Looks like they finally changed the login process.
Phone them up and tell them that you are a Linux/Mac user and the official client is not working. Thats what I did, and they promised to fix it in an hour. Well they took six hours but its not too bad.
