D2H Booking Issue!

I have booked a new connection through d2h | India's Premium DTH Service with the Widest Range of Channel Options Across India on 24th March 2019.

Payment has been successful and I have been charged 2306. It's been almost 3 days and I haven't received confirmation mail or SMS nor some one from D2H has contacted me. Now, I am worried about my money. I tried contacting customer care but they said they can't do anything about orders booked online and I have to contact Nodal Officer-Hyderabad. I tried sending couple of mails but in vain.

Please help me.

man. why did you select d2h over airtel or Tata Sky?

All my tenants are uding D2H and they gave positive reviews...My mistake I didn't gone through the reviews....

well keep on bugging them till you get the connection. d2h is now owned by zee which means that customer support quality has gone down the drain.

After repeated mails and posting on complaintsboard they have finally installed on 29th March.
