D-Link ADSL Router

Hey guys got a new problem here. My D-Link router is getting hanged from time to time. Either the USB link goes off or all the links continue to glow without responding. The effect is such my whole PC gets hanged and i have to turn off the power supply of the modem to regain normalcy of the system. And only after my router is turned off i can again use my applications. Dont no where the problem is. PLEASE HELP

I faced similar situation when my Huawei SmartAX MT880 used to get heated up. Before i could begin troubleshooting, the modem burnt out
