You know to contact CC you have to go via Call centre & all Call centre peoples are acting like a machine not like a human.
They only speaks as per formula for which they trained by a professional trainer.
So dont worry be happy.
I dont think nowadays no company is giving their officials email ID or contact numbers to contact them directly except TATA Group who have very free & fair policy & also they have maintained Social responsibilities.
If anyone(TS Customer) wants to contact their Dis-satisfaction can log on to Tata Group
