Dear Admin,

I ordered 2 items from Gearbest worth 27.5 dollars.

What is the charges of custom for clear my parcel.

What is max value in which custom duty free.

It's purely your luck. They charge randomly and at random rates. I got a $105 smartwatch from Gearbest and was expecting atleast 2k in customs. Wasn't charged at all.

Yup. Officially I think you can be charged 40% on products costing above Rs. 2000.

I am thinking about ordering a dbrand skin that costs about 22 USD. Can I expect custom fees on the same?

Theoretically yes but because they send (ot at least used to) in a simple envelope it might get ignored. If they use a courier like FedEx etc. then definitely yes

If you can convince shipper to send via Yanwen Express and under-invoice the package, you can even get ₹0 custom duty.

If I select the cheapest shipping option, it may be sent through Speed Post. Sushubh mentioned the same.

If dbrand could simply mention 'personal correspondence', this order wouldn't attract any custom duty (as per reddit).

UPS?
It was good that I didnt order this. How can they prove a tpu case to never turn yellow. It was a sham I guess.
