Credit card spending discipline?

Anyone else feels credit card makes you spend more? How you keep yours disciplined?

I think I am good with managing exprenses.
Still my final cc bill sometimes surprise me 😬 on reviewing transactions I don't find much scope for savings.

May be it's just in my mind. I like to clear bills asap even then auto pay is enabled.

My total expenses are still very much in control as per the normal savings rules.
 
I literally track everything to the rupee in spreadsheet. So I exactly know the bill date, due date and the amount due expected and I cross check when the bill arrives. And i own credit cards in double digits.

I control my spending and time it for offers and deals.

I bought some stuff on no cost emi because of better offer.
Lol cannot wait to clear all dues.

I am struggling with just 2 cards because of different billing cycle. 🙆

How many of your cards are free and paid?
 
I have 3 cards which require a target to be met for no annual fee - So far I have managed to meet them. The remaining 8-10 are free - a couple of them because they transitioned me from a free card which was no longer in their offering - but new applications have a fee.

I too have utilized EMI thing - Again it was tracked (like amount x no. of payments remaining)
