Since past 2 days my normal speed after FUP : 512 kbps has decreased to the low 300's
I usually get 480+ kbps so i called up customer care and their answer : :Sir,you won't get more than that now" .On being asked why the fuck not ,she didnt have a proper reason.Then she started giving reasons like multiple devices being in use and i clarified that even on single device (laptop) it's giving below normal speeds. Then she gave some other bullshit reasons etc.
I finally asked to send a technician to check and she outright refused ! 🙄
When i asked her why not she informed me that only if speed goes below 250 kbps would they send the technician. Completely ridiculous reasoning.
Plain bullshit and lies from Airtel.
