Connection Limitations From one ID?

I bought Airtel prepaid connection but my application rejected on the ground that I already bought 9 Airtel conncetion on this particular ID (DL). I can't even port to Airtel Number.

What is this ? I can't have Airtel Number anymore in life? [emoji13]

Anybody faced similar issues?
