Modem Beetel 220BX1
1.Use LAN port of modem for Vista based desktop/
laptop computer.
( USB drivers may be "rejected" by Vista as not "digitally signed ")
I have a modem (Beetel 220BX1
ADSL 2+) which can be connected to in two ways (at the same time too if wanted), via USB, or via a CAT-5 cable. It was all working fine earlier under
Windows Vista Home Premium x86. But I've recently installed Windows Vista Ultimate x64, and I don't have the drivers for the USB connectivity
Recommendation in one forum: avoid USB PORT ! use a
router!
Airtel has removed USB port option from latest 110BX1 modem, supplied to me.
