connecting to laptop and PC.

Hi I am having Nokia siemens modem with WIFI connectivity I had got the modem today.I am using it on my PC and want to use the same connection on Laptop using WI-FI how to do it?I want to connect it to my laptop using wi-fi how can I connect to laptop using WI-FI?Pls suggest me how can I do it?

1. Configure your modem in PPPoE.2. Enable DHCP in the modem.3. In the TCP/IP properties of connection in both PC and laptop, set " Obtain IP address automatically " . Thats all

I have done it but it is still not connecting in my laptop?should i connect the connection?

Are you able to connect using LAN ? Try it. Start > Run > cmd > ipconfig/all, post the screen shot.

1. Use the same LAN cable in laptop and check if you can connect. 2. ipconfig/all required for both machines.
