Configuring Reliance Wimax to work with a wifi modem

I have a old BSNL DNA-A211-i modem, which I would like to use to share the Lan of the reliance wimax . Is that possible? I created a IPoATM and put in the ip, gateway and dns of the reliance server, but the modem does not seem to connect.Can the 4 LAN ports be used as a shared LAN, with the internet on port 1, and the rest as normal outputs?

I highly doubt that it is possible

You need a DSL router. You can use your BSNL ADSL Router as a Switch but not as a Router to share internet connection. Buy a Linksys or Netgear DSL Router.

Frnds, I m planing to purchase Linksys WRT120N Wireless Router for sharing Reliance Wimax Broadnet. Will net work with this model. Anybody is having this model, Pls share ur experience.......
