I tried reading your thread but couldn't find the ZTE ZX AII specific settings. can you provide the exact URL to the sticky thread...Meanwhile I followed steps below and it seems to have party helped... Now I can connect to the wireless network and browse the internet using only 1 computer. If I try to connect another computer or another WIFI device, say a mobile phone that has wifi, even after providing WPA-PSK/TKIP password, I am unable to connect using any of the other computers wirelessly...Anything else that I might have missed? Thanks a lot for your help...

Congratulations.
You have not given the model number of ZTE ZXDSL ADSL modem.
It can be 831AII, but there are two or more firmware versions.

Open your modem menu pages.
192.168.1.1 userid admin PW admin
In Advanced options
WAN setttings ensure PPPoE is selected Not "bridged"
Username and PW stored in WAn page .
In LAN page usually, Enable DHCP give a range 192.168.1.3 to 192.168.10
Apply SAVE Go to Manaagement SAVE REboot.
Above instructions common to all modems.

2. If all OK copy/paste ipconfig /all data for LAN and WLAN
( tunnel data not needed ) for thread completion, and to compare previous
Ipconfig /all data.
