HiI'd like to setup my VMC AN1020-21 modem in bridged mode so that it works with Windows dialer.I have set encapsulation to bridged in modem settings, but when I try to connect using the dialer, it times out at "Connecting through WAN miniport" and throws back Error 691.Because of this, my only option is to use Always On, which I'd rather avoid.Any input appreciated.Regardsmakubex

C modem on PPPoE
Reset the unit to factory settings.
Try the dialer and enter userID/PW in modem window.
If not connected
uncheck box PPP/PPPoE in modem and select Bridged"
Go to management and SAVE/Reboot.
