Respected Sir,

I have purchased a new sim whose number is 0091-9122349895
Then recharged with topup Rs50.00
After some day i called customer care and asked about "US/Canada pack" of Rs. 69.00. No one have told me to tell retailer about pack
I just recharged with Rs.69.00,

The balance goes to main account. i did not care about that and called Canada for about 17 min. and my new balance is Rs9.18.

I should have 13min to US/Canada Pack and Rs.60 in my main account after the call

So either give it to me or i am going to make my last call from uninor number

Well, I guess a special pack in this situation is understood and in my opinion you are at fault.
 
I think customer care is responsible for this. he just asked me to recharge with Rs69/=
 
also retailer's fault. he should understand the denomination i asked to recharge.since i was new to uninor how can I know that
