ya rows i too got that colored dots like some letters... i cant change any channels or make any operation during that time ... what are they trying to do... do any body know that i need technical assistance...

I confirmed on the other forum. It is happening for all and after the colored dots disappear, you can use the remote and check the mail. There are some junk mails that have come during the appearance of colored dots... so it looks like that it denotes an incoming mail. But it is not working properly and not allowing us to use any remote operation🙁
