Since yesterday the digital set top box (Cisco 3410 DVB) is rebooting automatically after 10-15 minutes of normal operation. Subscription is with Asianet Digital. It is like turning on the TV. For 10-15 minutes, there is no issues. After that the set top box light goes off, in few seconds powers up again into red. And in few other seconds into green. Picture comes in. Power goes again. This cycle is going on. Confirmed that the neighbours are not facing similar issues which concludes that the signalling is not the culprit. Anyone faced this issue? Any options to do a hard reset the box.??
