Chennai : Speed burst ?

I'm on 128kbps UL Airtel.. since 2 years ..
Today suddenly I'm getting good speeds..

Does it mean all 128kbps UL --> 256kbps UL ?
and.. the speed burst has been constant throughout the night!

I know 256kbps UL and 128kbps UL have almost the same tariff, I tried to migrate to 256kbps UL arnd a year back, but then I had figured that the final tariff difference would be around 150 rupees extra per month (including Service Tax)..

So, this a good move for me.:dance:
Anyone else in Chennai who's on 12kbps UL can confirm this?
 
all 128kbps ul customers have been shifted to 256kbps ul plan
