Hi,i dont need the 900 plan at the moment, and seems like 500 will do for me. Now, I use a mobile, and do not need a land line at all. But i guess to get the 500 broadband plan, i do need to take a phone connection of bsnl too. So what is the cheapest plan i can take? Remember, I will not be using it for calls at all.

if you are sure that you donot need a BSNL phone for
making calls then try for Sulabh plan for the phone &
home 500 plan for the Dataone Broadband .

pls see BSNL telephone tariff here :
http://bsnl.co.in/service/basictariff.htm

and Dataone tariff can be seen here :
http://www.bsnl.co.in/service/dataone_tariff.htm

when i apply bsnl net connection...they gave me a free land phone for internet...i cannot make any call from this phone..but i can receive call....

Hi,
Can i use this Sulabh plan with Rs.250/- plan ? How much does the cost(including taxes) come to me.
How quickly do they give this connection.

^ yes , Sulabh plan can be used Dataone 250 plan . The actual Phone rental depends on the Exchangecapacity and if it is a urban or a rural exchange .in general , total monthly bill could be around Rs. 450/- including taxes ( with no extra usage ) . just give the written application in the local BSNLexchange to change the phone plan . it will beapplicable from the next billing cycle . ( A printedform will be available at the exchange for changeof Phone plan . or a written application will also do )
