Cheap and best budget Digital Still Camera

Hi Friends, Can you please suggest me best budget digital still camera? I will be using it mainly for still images only. I won't be recording any motion videos using this camera.
I have shortlisted:
Canon PowerShot SX150Available at Amazon India @6700 INR
Can you please let me know any other good alternative?

Undoubtedly SX150IS is the best camera for the price. You can check out SX160IS too, but the only improvement it offers is the 4x extra optical zoom(16X vs 12X) and a larger battery. See if you are willing to invest ~2K more for these, else go for 150IS.
