solve your enquires by chatting online with bsnl callcentre but please dont use it for complain booking or any other booking or service registry like stuff as those services are only for bangolore telecom users.use this service only for enquiring on dataone broadband tarrifs only as tarrifs for broadband are mostly same all over india.but it is better to confirm tarrifs with local customer care number as tarrif for game package 1 will not be same all over india i think.so please use it only for enquiry[except bangalore telecom users]Agents Will Be Available Online Between 9:00 Hrs and 18:00 Hrs IST.

And if it is only for Bangallore telecom users and
it is for tarrif enquiries only then not much helpful .
 
i have quieried about game package 1 they have promised me thet they will inform me within 24hrs by email.lets see if they keep their promise
 
^ where exactly you are Located ? no such online chat
with BSNL exists here . But at many exchanges we have
people with good knowledge . they can not say anything
about Gaming package / future plans ; they can clear
tarrif doubts and solve telephone / broadband problems ...

bsnl call centre is a crap.no agents are available at any time of the day even during the working hours to solve your quiery.they only tell you to leave a message and they will respond to it within 24-48hrs.but 2days have passed still they havent respond.its just for show

If you got the Broadband connection recently
You should contact your Telephone Exchange CC
or J.T.O for the Usage portal iD ( usually 14digit
example: jan12345112009
PW as password set No. 2)
Also ask for email ID PW ( set No.3)

If you need to check your usage now
Confirm
Your Telephone is old connection, and
the bill shows a consumer number.

if you forget the PortalID
try this.
Type in Browser Address bar.
For Oct and November .
or replace "Oct" with "Sept" and check.
