Charges levied in New Hathway Bills (CPE1 CODE)

Hey all hathway customers I am on 256 UL and am in South Bombay I have just received my bill and I have this CPE1 CODE charge of Rs/-15 + S.Tax charged in my bill.. I called Hathway and they are telling me this charge will reoccur every month! They are claiming that I do not own my modem (which I most certainly do) thus they will charge me this fee for maintaining it since I am a customer who is older than 1 year! What a load of crap? How the F#*K do they think they are going to maintain it? this truly is astounding!I am not trying to act cheap or anything but why for no reason will they charge me 200 odd Rs/- a year? I will not pay such a fee and will cancel my connection if it comes to it! (as the internet is slow anyway)Has anyone else received such a bill?
 
So has no one recently received this? FFS atleast leave a comment... 85 Views and no comments! and its not like its an off topic thread this matter concerns us all...
