Changing drive letter

Some company Broadband 50mbps + Jio Airfiber 30mbps
i have xp pro and 2 partition of 80 gb hdd. C: and D: drives. 40 gb each. Initially them were C: & D: drive letters. few days back i had some work with Nero image drive. i had loaded some iso file with nero image drive. after that my real partition "D:" drive has got changed to letter "E:" drive.can any 1 help me to rename it back to "D:" drive.... help required!!!!!
 
ohh thank you fred!! was quite simple process but difficult to find it with windows !!
