No extra charges, billing will be prorated. Say the plan was changed on 15th, they'll charge you as per the old plan for the period 1-14 and as per the new plan from 15-31.
i thought that they woud change the plan from next month they have changed already,,,i m with unfinished downloads ,,,now i cant change till 1 month

Sadly, no if you needed it changed from next month then should have raised the request towards the end of the month.
