ok what is the procedure?written letter or just tell them to do so
can you just give me a general outline how to do that ?i d be grateful if u upload some images etc.or give detailed option
you are one lucky guy! All that i heard from CC when I was a BSNL customer is to visit their exchange.
Visit their exchange and request them. They will give you a form. Fill it in and hand it over. The change will be done in a day or two
CC as in call their customer care. They can do this.
You can do it online on the following website: selfcare.bsnl.co.in
Login with your details (If not registered to the portal, sign up first).
After logging in, on the left hand side click on 'Manage Account' -> 'Update Profile'
You will be able to update your mobile number and email id over there.

You will be able to update your mobile number and email id over there.
If this does not work, then you can fill the below form and hand it over to your nearest exchange.
The same form can be found on selfcare.bsnl.co.in website.
This will update your selfcare portal profile, not the mobile number linked to your landline.
