What does 4G+ stands for ? If it is LTE Advanced or CA, Has Jio started LTE - A or CA in all circles or it is in trial ?

Yes some of my friends in Delhi are able to access LTE+
According to some people CA is enabled in Mumbai delhi and Gujarat

Used Jio at Nashik road. ..Jio as enabled CA along with 10Mhz Band 40,
Speed was never mind blowing but always between 10-20Mbps
