Can't Use Weblogin.jsp

Hi friends ....can anyone help me .......
I just formatted my system, even before since a few days i was unable to open
http://www.10.240.43.216

Is there a problem with server or is it just me?

dude. u could have just used a linux live cd to check if the problem is with your computer or the server! formatting is not exactly a solution!

check this if it helps :

goto cookies folder i.e. \windows\cookies
arrange files by name in ascending order
delete the files with [email protected]

now try to check your usage on http://www.10.240.43.216/

Use only internet explorer and don't put www just the IP in the address bar and hit enter.

I have also seen problem with the account usage page of BSNL. It gives error that "cookies are not enabled. Please enable." Whenever this kind of problem occures goto http://www.dataone.in/ and click "Check Your Account Usage" there. Now the acc usage site will open. Atleast it works for me.
