cant send emails thru sify DNS

sify
for past 15 days i cant send email thru sify's DNS. I am based in mumbai. i dont want to use smtp. Other dns of reliance and other ISP are working fine.
is anyone else facing same problem?
PLEASE HELP OUT

what can be solution to this? sify helpline is hopeless they cant understand problem even.

email thru sify DNS?

DNS and SMTP are unrelated.

use gmail's own SMTP for sending email and use OpenDNS | Providing A Safer And Faster Internet for DNS
