cant login into bsnl portal

Hi guys,

i cannot login into the bsnl web portal. I am an old customer of BSNL and my ip starts from 59.xx.

The datafox extension in firefox is working fine. It shows the current usage. But i cannot access it through http://10.240.144.195/webLogin.jsp.

This is the same URL i have given in Datafox.

I get this error whenever i try to login

"Sorry. Operation timed out. For safety, please log in again."
 
Close the window, open a new one and try again.
 
Select override default ip.

Log out in Datafox.
Again In Datafox as soon as you check usage ,
select month and
show records.
Easy method/fast too to get details.
as Datafox has reached that page!

PS: seems there is error of minus
24 MB for each 1 GB
May be 1GB = 1000MB
programmed.
in Datafox.

MIne Home250 and reached quota on 30th.
Now On Airtel.
