Can't create jio account

I'm trying to create jio account using the my jio app and even tried through browser but I never receive the email that they send for verification, I tried different email but still, I've also checked the spam but nothing. Please help

Use your mobile number as login id , i had the same problem, no email received till now.

Uninstall the app, then re-install. If your SIM is active, MyJio app with use Jio internet to log in by verifying your number.

First create a account. After registration you can login using your number, you don't need the email. Your number needs to be active ( tele verified ) before you create a account.

Just signup using myjio app. It will send you mail. Then just use skip signin in myjio app using jio sim and your account will be active

SIM got activate within 2 hrs of purchase
Data stopped working after some time
Inserted SIM in Moto G3 for televerification. Didn't have JioJoin installed.
Call disconnects immediately on dialing 1977
Calls to other numbers (Jio & BSNL) working fine
Didn't receive email on signing up in My Jio
Have installed JioJoin but no network at my home
Will try calling 1977 from JioJoin tomorrow
