Can't Connect to GTPL internet with new router TP-link Archer C80 even though i can use it fine on my previous tenda router

So, I am gtpl user settled in Palanpur, and i have just upgraded my old 2.4ghz Tenda N300 router with TP-Link 5ghz Archer C80 router.
I am using a fiber connection with a Netlink GPON ONT modem.
I can use the internet just fine if i connect the old router with WLAN through PPPOE.
But I can't seem to do the same with the Archer C80 even though i am sure i am entering the correct credentials.
I have also called GTPL customer care where they told me to register my Archer's MAC address which i did.
But still to no avail.
I have watched a ton of youtube videos but none of them addressed my issue properly, Then i stumbled upon this site somehow.
Pls instruct me how to proceed further.

does gtpl have any user management page like for checking the user details and recharge and stuff?
if it does then check for a reset mac id on that page if its available, from there if you reset it will register c80 as the current device

i have meghbela connection in my HomeTown and they have this kind of system
