Can't Configure my Router to work with bsnl wimax

Hi !! I can't configure my router to work. I can't use the router default gateway 192.168.1.1 to configure the router when it is connected to the internet, as the ip is used by BSNL Wimax Interface. I finally managed to configure the default gateway to 192.168.1.2 but the internet refused to work i can't connect to the Internet. So, i reseted the router to make it work again. Please help !!

dude ...which router?
i'm using Netgear N150 with no problems.

just change the ip 192.168.2.1 of ur router in dhcp mode ...
