Can't configure Huawei WA1003A strange problem :(

I have Huawei WA1003A bsnl 2Mbps connection. It was working perfectly fine just 1 day ago but I reset my router coz speed was issue. Now I can't configure modem via 192.168.1.1I tried to configure using wireless, LAN, USB nothing is working.Surprisingly modem works when a connection like dial up(entering username and password) is used. but still it's wired I can't use in wireless.(even connected yet I can't open 192.168..... still problem)I thought about firmware upgrade but couldn't find any link. even a thread on Huawei says ask your equipment provider... shit(like BSNL will help me out!)Does anybody know how to fix this? I need to use wireles connection.
