i have applied for plan change from UL750 to HOME ULD 900.they shifted my connection from NIB-1 to NIB-2 and i was given new username, password and PORTAL ID.using given details, i have changed my protal ID and password for portal login, but i cant change my service password.i get following error, please help me if anyone have solution.i am using correct username and password."Dear CustomerPlease login using correct username and password"Reference Error Code: "1001"
