Can't Change Jio Fiber's Plan on Airtel's Selfcare portal

Hi Guyz!

I am a JioFiber user and I went to airtel.in/selfcare to update my JioFiber's plan (to add more data) and the website won't let me add my landline number / Jio Fiber ID to the self-care portal. I'm so frustrated, please help me.

Errm it's not April 1 but why are you trying to change your Jio's plan on Airtel's site?
 
Did someone really ask this query somewhere for real???
