can't activate 3G

I got a new prepaid connection.
got 300 MB free 3G data
it couldn't connect to 3G network so deactivated and now tried to activate again by sending 3G to 121.

I get this message
Your request for 3GVBCPlan can not be processed as your current Free MB is more than 50MB.

Any suggestions?

Seems like a backend issue. Call 198 and register a complaint. Do get a number or better email them.

I emailed them 5 times
they give steps to change network but didn't solved
I got free 300 Mb 3G data on FRC of Rs128 on new connection

I consumed all free data on 2G network, wonder why they gave 3G data when cant connect to 3G network
Still same issue
