Can't access Tulip IT website

Hi everyone,

I can't access these websites.may be i can't access any resources that are provided by tulip IT VPN Provider from bsnl.weird thing

No firewall,No anti virus.It is a fresh box installed with XP SP3 .all other sites are loading fine.Same issue when i tried with my laptop.

whenever i try to connect to these websites,just it says too long to respond and nothing gets displayed.the websites are up and running fine.I tried with "N" number of providers no issues with them.

I tried calling "12678",no one is there to pickup.

Interestingly there is a Routing loop : Can anyone answer why it so ?

Yes,tulip website is working after I configured Open dns.



But the real issue is with https://trade.indbankonline.com/netnet website.For your information,it is working fine and I will post the screenshot from other ISP very soon.

you cannot except all the websites to answer for icmp requests.

can you answer why there is a routing loop ? do you have anyidea in routing loop.

Why bsnl is routing thru' US to access a server in chennai.Actually 40.30.30.2 is a public ip address located in US

I have heard at some extreme cases to access resources in singapore bsnl route via US.But accessing the server which is in chennai,why BSNL has to route thru' US.Really bsnl sucks!
