Can't access http://10.240.43.216/

Hi,
Can you please tell me what could be the issue when I try to access http://10.240.43.216/, it ends up with following error:

I am not in VPN. This is just plain BSNL internet. But I remember I did some setting change,as far as I remember I changed it with DNS IP, after that this address I am unable to access. How to reset?

Any pointer would be helpful.

Use Firefox and add on DataFox.More portal sites for Dataone abcd@ dataone.inusers available.Dns now being tried google 8.8.8.8 opendns as usual208.67.220.220Feedback. Stop gap :Shaplus1.3 for recording usage from now.
