Yeah. That is what it looks like. They could've allowed users to sell no more than 2 items per month or something of that sorts without submitting GSTIN.
i mean they would probably be working on a different product on the same platform aimed at c2c sales like Amazon seems to be doing with Amazon Local Finds.
