So, after talking to the hopless, customer care guy, who seemingly by the tone of his voice wanted to kill himself. I am finally here, asking the community for help.
Talking about my issue, it has happened twice now, not a biggie, but yet, I am getting the reliance portal login page, but after entering username and password, I'm unable to login. The page would be stuck on "waiting" forever and won't do anything further, which otherwise would log me in right away.
The customer care guy, did registerd my complain yesterday, but I don't expect a fix anytime soon.
I did try to turn the reliance giant ass router/modem thingy off for an hour, and even the entire duration while I slept, but nothing, everything's still the same.
